How do query limits work?
Every request to the AI Sommelier - whether it's clicking a suggestion on a dish or sending a message in the chat - uses one query from your monthly limit. The limit resets automatically with each new billing period. You can check your current usage in the restaurant dashboard.
Smart limit management: If the same question has already been answered (e.g., another guest asks about wine for the same dish), the response is served instantly and does not count against your limit. The longer you use it, the more answers are available right away.
What does "unlimited" mean in the Master plan?
Click-based suggestions (wine pairing for dishes, comparisons) are unlimited in the Master plan - your guests can use them without restrictions. The 5,000 query limit applies only to text conversations with the AI Sommelier in the chat. If you need more, you can purchase an additional message pack.

Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrading takes effect immediately, while downgrading will take effect at the start of your next billing period.
The billing period starts on the day you activate your subscription and lasts 30 days for monthly payments or 365 days for annual payments.

No - WineConnect is fully self-service. You sign up, enter your restaurant details, and add your wine list. You can do it manually or upload a PDF / provide a link to your wine list page - our system will automatically recognize items, prices, and regions. The whole process takes about fifteen minutes. No IT specialist, no hardware installation - just a browser.
You manage your wine list yourself, at any time. Add new wines, change prices, mark items as unavailable - changes are visible immediately. You can also re-upload a new list from a PDF or website, and the system will update automatically. The AI sommelier always recommends only wines currently in your offering - it will never suggest something that's not on your list.
Yes! After registration, you get 35 days of free access to the full version of WineConnect - no credit card required and no obligations. During the entire trial period, you have access to all features: AI sommelier, menu pairing generation, analytics, and reports. If it doesn't suit you - you simply don't continue.
Our AI sommelier knows your wine list and menu inside out. When a guest asks for a recommendation - e.g., "what pairs well with steak?" or "I'm looking for a light white wine under 100 PLN" - the sommelier searches your offering and selects wine based on style, region, price, and dish pairing. It uses sommelier expertise and your restaurant's current data, so every recommendation is accurate and can be ordered right away.
