Because my brother and I gained experience in France, we are realizing our dream of creating a touch of this culture in our restaurant. In an elegant and cozy setting, we serve fine wine and dishes bursting with the aroma of fresh garlic and thyme, from classic snails to sweets like crème brûlée. All of these dishes are overseen by our chef, Dominik, who calls his workplace his own personal laboratory, where he blends the highest quality ingredients to create a fusion of Poland and France.

Wśród nich aktualnie na pierwszym miejscu jest Burger. Występuje w dwóch wersjach, tradycyjnej wołowej i nowoczesnej wege, do tego pyszna maślana, chrupiąca bułka, własnego wypieku, w zestawie frytki. Nie ma w tym nic dziwnego, że jest na pierwszym miejscu naszej listy dań. Drugie miejsce zajmuje tatar wołowy - bez niego restauracja nie byłaby sobą. Aktualnie w dwóch wersjach, tradycyjny i orientalny. Obie przewspaniałe. Stała pozycją w menu są mięsa, bez których wielkopolska tradycja nie istnieje. Gości u nas kaczka, kurczak, schab, wołowina - baza ta sama, dodatki zmienne co kwartał. Każda propozycja opracowana przez Szefa Kuchni jest unikalnym, doskonale zgranym zestawem, którego nie zalecamy zmieniać, ale zawsze wyznajemy zasadę, że jeśli ktoś sobie życzy, to oczywiście. Z zup - rosół gotowany na drobiu i wołowinie, pachnący, regenerujący, pyszny. Krem pomidorowy, zaskakujące kremy warzywne - to szczególna specjalność. Te zupy zawsze wzbogacone są dodatkiem, który powoduje błogostan podczas jedzenia. Są to smaczne ziemniaczki, chipsy dodające smaku, aromatyzujące sery, oliwy własnej produkcji.... i wiele innych, których nie sposób wymienić. Surowce pochodzą z regionu, ale ponieważ region obfituje w producentów, tak więc, można powiedzieć, że całkiem z sąsiedztwa. Kaktusy Kato Culinary Concept is a restaurant, bar, and café that draws inspiration from the culinary history of the space where it was established—the iconic “KAKTUSY,” a Katowice gathering spot from the 1970s bearing the same name. Kapiodoro Restaurant was established in 1997. It is located in the picturesque town of Ruciane-Nida, in the heart of Masuria, along the Great Masurian Lakes Trail. In its early days, the menu featured only Polish and Italian cuisine, but the taste and presentation of these dishes stood out from the rest. The restaurant itself and its outdoor seating area weren’t particularly impressive in size—just a few tables inside and out—but the atmosphere that took hold there from the very beginning had a huge impact on attracting many guests. The specially prepared pizza dough recipe made a big impression on guests, helping the restaurant quickly gain popularity.

Traditional Polish cuisine in Wrocław At our restaurant, you’ll rediscover the flavors of your childhood, youth, and family home. Dishes like kopytka, pierogi, bread dipped in egg, and our legendary żurek will bring back memories of happier times. If you love Polish cuisine, you’ll find it at Ida.


The only three-story building in Nikiszowiec is the former canteen, which served as a dormitory for miners. Its purpose was to limit contact between permanent residents and newcomers. Nikiszowiec was settled gradually, and its first resident was Karol Knosalla, the canteen manager. In the interwar period, the cafeteria hall became a meeting place for various organizations, and in 1919, it witnessed events related to the First Silesian Uprising. Although the workers’ hotel no longer exists, the dining hall remains open to residents and visitors of Nikiszowiec.
